So far as I have doubts they concern such things as water, food and fucl. With regard to the last of Phoso I specifically asked while in the Colony that aviation fuel rescrvcs should be checked to allow for the increased Navy and Air Forco reinforcements. This is being looked in to. On Transport and asmunition rcscrves, the position is satisfactory. The water provision is reasonably satisfactory unless the posulation continues rapidly to increase.

Alternative supplies, such as from condensation, should be considered.
